Lake Helena Watershed Group

A community collaborative working to improve the health of the Lake Helena watershed in the Helena area of Lewis and Clark County, Montana. It brings together residents, landowners, corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies to carry out watershed and streambank restoration projects and to collect and publish surface and groundwater quality data. The group also runs public education on pollutants and best management practices, plus volunteer opportunities and community events for both agricultural and urban parts of the watershed.
