Lake Hartwell Partners For Clean Water

Lake Hartwell Partners for Clean Water is an Anderson, South Carolina nonprofit promoting source water protection for Lake Hartwell, a drinking water source for the surrounding communities. It organizes its work around watershed studies and water quality, development impacts, stream and shoreline management, fisheries and recreation, community education, and coordinating growth planning with surrounding counties. The coalition formed in 2020 and works to activate the community around protecting the lake and its watershed.
