Lake Erie Waterkeeper Inc

Lake Erie Waterkeeper is a Toledo, Ohio nonprofit working to sustain Lake Erie through advocacy, education, litigation and innovation, and is a licensed member of the Waterkeeper Alliance. It monitors and reports on water quality problems including harmful algal blooms and phosphorus pollution, with a particular focus on confined animal feeding operations and manure management. Its work covers the Lake Erie watershed, including the Maumee River, western Lake Erie and the central basin.
