Lake County Land Trust

The Lake County Land Trust is a community-based nonprofit in Lakeport, California, working to conserve and restore land and water resources of environmental, scenic, cultural and historic value. For over 30 years it has protected Lake County's natural environment through conservation, restoration, education and cooperation with landowners. It stewards a set of preserves and holds conservation easements across the county, including wetland, nature center and chaparral properties.
