Kongscut Land Trust, Inc.

Kongscut Land Trust was established in 1977 to conserve open space land and scenic, natural and historic sites in Glastonbury, Connecticut and neighboring towns. Volunteers steward 13 nature preserves totaling 578 acres, including the Hollister Preserve and the Swan Estate, protecting forest, wetland and watershed habitat while maintaining public hiking trails. The trust accepts donations of land, money and conservation easements to expand what it protects.
