Keystone Water Resources Center

Keystone Water Resources Center collects scientifically useful water quality and quantity data and makes it publicly available, and educates the public on surface and groundwater resources in the Spring Creek Watershed of Centre County, Pennsylvania. It runs the Spring Creek Water Resources Monitoring Project across 31 stream, spring, and groundwater sites, doing continuous stream temperature and stage monitoring, rating curve development, water quality sampling, and groundwater depth measurement. The organization publishes its findings in annual monitoring reports.
