Kestrel Land Trust

Kestrel Land Trust conserves, cares for, and connects people to the forests, farms and riverways of the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts. It permanently protects land by acquiring Conservation Restrictions and Agricultural Preservation Restrictions from private landowners, creates and enhances public conservation areas and trails, and engages volunteers to monitor and steward protected land. Its focus areas include the Mount Holyoke and Mount Tom Ranges, Valley farmland, riverlands along the Connecticut River and its tributaries, and forests connecting to the Quabbin Reservoir.
