Nominations come from a global network of spotters, then move through questionnaires and expert panel interviews before a final Awards Council ranking. Winners receive strategic introductions to investors, media, advisors, mentors, and partners from Katerva's network, across focus areas including climate change, sustainable energy, food systems, health, education, and gender equality.
