Katawba Valley Land Trust

Katawba Valley Land Trust protects natural resources, cultural resources, open lands, waters, and vistas of aesthetic value in the Catawba River Valley of South Carolina. Since 1992 it has worked with landowners through conservation easements, donations, and sales, conserving nearly 13,800 acres across seven counties in 113 land transactions. It is accredited by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission and owns most of the Lindsay Pettus Greenway in Lancaster.
