John Muir Land Trust

John Muir Land Trust protects and cares for open space, ranches, farms, parkland and shoreline in Northern California, with the stated aim of protecting the places that make the East Bay special. It has protected roughly 4,800 acres and manages properties across the East Bay hills and out to the Bay Delta. Its work spans land acquisition, stewardship, mitigation conservation, and research and education.
