Jefferson Land Trust is an accredited private nonprofit grassroots land trust in Jefferson County on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. Its mission is protecting water, forests, and the land beneath our feet, preserving open space, working lands, and habitat forever, from shoreline to timberlands across the county's farmland, salmon spawning grounds, and wildlife corridors. Its field crew stewards preserves such as the Quimper Wildlife Corridor, Tarboo Wildlife Preserve, and Bulis Forest Preserve, planting trees, removing invasive plants, and monitoring habitat.
