Its Our Wild Nature

It's Our Wild Nature protects, preserves, and manages wild spaces to create opportunities for people to form meaningful and reciprocal relationships with nature. The organization stewards a 37-acre sanctuary in Columbia, Missouri, bordering Hinkson Creek, restoring the site toward the ecosystems that existed before colonial expansion. It also runs the land as the Altis Natural School, hosting university partnerships, workshops, citizen science campaigns, and independent research.
