Hudson River Sloop Clearwater operates the historic sloop Clearwater as a sailing classroom and advocacy platform on the Hudson River, based in Beacon, New York with a home port in Kingston. It runs public sails, charters, in-school and homeschool river ecology curricula, and youth empowerment programs. Its advocacy covers PCB contamination, PFAS in Newburgh's drinking water, invasive species, and the decommissioning of Indian Point, and it hosts events including the Great Hudson River Revival.
