Hopfinger Zimmerman Memorial Park

Hopfinger-Zimmerman Memorial Park is an 80-acre free public park near Port Clinton, Ohio, donated to the community in 2016 by Lorraine Hopfinger-Zimmerman and her husband Jack on land the Hopfinger family farmed from 1953. The site says its aim is to create a free, safe, and beautiful space for families to enjoy for generations to come. It is open sunrise to sunset year-round and offers playgrounds, picnic areas and pavilions, pickleball, basketball and sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, a two-acre dog park, a sand beach with swimming, and seasonal sledding and ice skating.
