Hogan Whitney Pond Association

The Hogan-Whitney Pond Association is a volunteer group of waterfront property owners working to protect water quality in Hogan and Whitney Ponds in Oxford, Maine, through education, monitoring, community engagement, and remediation. Its work covers a watershed of nearly five square miles in southern Oxford bordering Poland and Mechanic Falls. Activities include water quality data collection, invasive variable leaf milfoil removal, shoreline erosion control, annual loon surveys, and a LakeSmart program.
