Historic Atlanta Inc

Historic Atlanta is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose stated mission is to advance social justice and community by saving historic places. It provides advocacy, education, and technical assistance for the thoughtful reuse of historically and culturally significant places across the Atlanta area, including drafting landmark designations, organizing community input sessions, and producing reports on local preservation programs. Its programs include the SAVE ATL Priority List, Story City, and the Time Stitchers Collective, alongside standing committees on Black heritage and LGBTQ+ historic preservation.
