Hiking Trails For America Inc

Hiking Trails for America campaigns for permanent protection and continuity for all 11 of the country's National Scenic Trails, noting that only the Appalachian Trail has a right of way set aside for posterity while the other ten still have gaps subject to closure and dangerous road walks. The group petitions Congress to close those gaps and educates the public about walking, hiking, and backpacking on foot trails. It is led by Jim Kern and works from St. Augustine, Florida.
