Henry Uihlein Ii & Mildred A Uihlein

The Uihlein Foundation, established in Lake Placid, New York in 1979 by Henry and Mildred Uihlein, stewards its land, resources, and infrastructure to promote conservation, education, community engagement, and nonprofit capacity. It operates Heaven Hill Farm, Uihlein Farm, and Tablelands Farm, providing office, event, research, and agricultural space to Adirondack nonprofits, and continues a maple sugaring operation the Uihleins started in the 1950s. It also maintains Henry's Woods Trails and Heaven Hill Trails, roughly ten miles of public trails open to the community.
