H2 O4 Texas Coalition

H2O4Texas is an Austin-based 501(c)(3) coalition of roughly 65 water providers, water users, and public and private sector partners formed in 2010 to mobilize public support for full implementation of the Texas State Water Plan. It runs statewide public education campaigns, researches dedicated revenue options for water infrastructure, and serves as a resource for decision-makers and media on water plan implementation. The coalition argues that Texas has a nationally acclaimed water plan but no dedicated funding source to carry it out.
