Gue Seattle

GUE Seattle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of Global Underwater Explorers working in Puget Sound and Lake Washington. It describes its aim as building a community of world-class divers to support exploration and conservation of local submerged resources, running GUE recreational and technical diver training alongside regular community and exploration dives. Its conservation work includes underwater mapping and photogrammetry, and Project Baseline documentation that tracks changes in local underwater conditions over time to inform public awareness and policy.
