Grounded Strategies

Grounded Strategies partners with residents in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County to transform vacant and underutilized land into green space that supports environmental, economic and social improvement. It provides tools, training and technical assistance to community members, organizations and municipalities, including vacant land activation and stewardship programs, a vacant land resource library, and the PGH Mobile Toolbox equipment lending service. It also runs the CommunityCare program and a Vacant Land Advocacy Network focused on policy change.
