Greenroads Foundation

Greenroads Foundation now operates as the Sustainable Transport Council, an independent nonprofit public benefit corporation based in Redmond, Washington. It created and runs the consensus-based, research-backed Greenroads Rating System, which certifies transportation infrastructure projects against sustainability best practices, along with companion Greenrails and Greenmodes programs. The council also offers membership, sustainability education for the transport industry, and recognition for project teams and industry leaders.
