The Grand Traverse Audubon Club is a 501(c)(3) chapter of the Michigan Audubon Society serving the Grand Traverse region of northern Michigan. Members bird together, attend nature-oriented programs and field trips, and take part in environmental service projects, with an emphasis on preserving wildlife habitat and natural areas. Regular programs are held the second Thursday of the month at the Boardman River Nature Center on Cass Road near Traverse City and are open to members and non-members alike.
