Global Greengrants Fund is a Boulder, Colorado grantmaker founded in 1993 on the belief that solutions to environmental harm and social injustice come from the people whose lives are most affected. It moves small grants to grassroots, community-led groups that lack access to traditional funding, guided by a network of volunteer regional advisors. The fund reports more than $193 million in over 20,000 grants across 168 countries, covering climate justice, ecosystem health, land and water rights, women's environmental action, and protection for environmental defenders.
