Glade Run Lake Conservancy Inc

Glade Run Lake Conservancy is a community group dedicated to the restoration, ongoing preservation, and improvement of Glade Run Lake and its adjacent lands in southern Butler County, Pennsylvania. It formed after the lake was drained in 2011 due to a hazardous dam, and lobbied and fundraised alongside the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to get the dam rebuilt. Its current work centers on protecting the 2,000 acre watershed surrounding the lake in perpetuity and operating Glade Run Lake Park in Valencia for fishing, paddling, and other outdoor recreation.
