George Washington Carver Agriculture Research Center Inc

The George Washington Carver Agriculture Research Center works to sustain, strengthen, and enhance agriculture and the environment in Virginia's Northern Piedmont. Based at the George Washington Carver Center in Rapidan, Virginia, on the campus of the former George Washington Carver Regional High School, it runs the Carver Food Enterprise Center, a 6,000 square foot shared commercial kitchen and food business incubator, along with the Stone Soup job skills training program in food safety, customer service, and culinary techniques. It also convenes a Food Security and Agriculture Working Group with partner organizations at the Carver Center.
