Friends Of The Hudson River Greenway In The Bronx Inc

Friends of the Hudson River Greenway in The Bronx is an all-volunteer nonprofit that advocates for and promotes the creation of a Hudson River Greenway through the Bronx, envisioning an uninterrupted waterfront path running from Manhattan through the Bronx to Yonkers and beyond. The group works with Community Board 8, local officials, and community partners on the plan, and is a member of the NYC Greenways Coalition. It focuses on preserving the natural and historic character of the Hudson River waterfront in the northwest Bronx while expanding recreational, educational, and economic access to it.
