Friends Of The Environment Inc

Friends of the Environment (FRIENDS) is a nonprofit founded in 1988 whose mission is to preserve the environment of Abaco, The Bahamas through education, conservation, and research facilitation. It runs school field trips, presentations, clubs, summer camps, and other environmental education programming, coordinates community cleanups, and operates the Frank Kenyon Centre for Research, Education, and Conservation. The organization is based in Abaco, with sites in Hope Town and Marsh Harbour, and is still rebuilding infrastructure following Hurricane Dorian.
