Friends Of The Delaware Canal Inc

Friends of the Delaware Canal is an independent, nonprofit membership organization based in New Hope, Pennsylvania that works to restore, preserve, and improve the Delaware Canal and its surroundings. Its stated goals are keeping the canal fully watered and the 58.9-mile towpath trail usable along its length from Bristol to Easton. The group organizes volunteer efforts, educational and community programs, and fundraising for restoration projects such as the Spahr's Bridge camelback restoration.
