Friends Of Split Oak Forest

Friends of Split Oak Forest is a nonprofit dedicated to the integrity and health of Split Oak Forest, a wilderness park near Lake Nona in Central Florida spanning parts of Orange and Osceola counties. The group organizes advocacy, education, and community events around the forest, including mobilizing supporters to contact decision makers about a proposed toll road extension through the preserve. It also runs stewardship activities and guided outings in the protected area.
