Friends Of Quarry Park Inc

Friends of Quarry Park works to enhance and protect Quarry Park in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York, preserving its cliffs, native plantings, and views of the Hudson River. The group maintains and improves the park grounds and trails, including the Quarry Railroad Trail, and supports native meadow grasses, wildflowers, and pollinator habitat. It also educates visitors about the site's local history, including the marble quarrying that took place there in the early 1800s.
