Friends Of Peak Creek

Friends of Peak Creek is a community-based, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Pulaski, Virginia working to enhance and preserve Peak Creek, a headwater of the New River. Its mission is to improve water quality and ecological habitat in the creek, foster environmental awareness, and help develop sustainable recreational and economic resources. Its activities include creek cleanups, environmental studies and restoration plans, educational storm drain murals, scholarships, and community events such as the Ripple Run.
