Friends Of Fellsmere Heights Inc

Friends of Fellsmere Heights is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) grassroots community group advocating for community-based redevelopment of the former Malden Hospital site on Pine Street in Malden, Massachusetts. It gathered resident input through surveys and worked with the Boston Architectural College to produce conceptual redevelopment options for the site. The group's stated aims include preserving open space, limiting high-density development, and keeping the adjacent Olmsted-designed Fellsmere Park open to the public.
