Friends Of Cullen Nature Preserve And Bird Sanctuary

Friends of Cullen Nature Preserve and Bird Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) supporting the restoration and protection of Cullen Nature Preserve in Minnetonka, Minnesota, a 30 acre parcel of restored prairie, oak savanna, mixed woodland, and wetland that the group describes as an ecosystem functionally extinct across much of the state. The Friends work alongside the City on restoration and grant seeking, remove invasive plants, and help reestablish native plant communities. They also run annual bird and plant surveys, volunteer workdays, and educational tours while public access planning proceeds under the preserve's master plan.
