Forests Forever Inc

Forests Forever is a Berkeley-based citizens' organization working to protect and enhance the forests and wildlife habitat of California. Founded in 1989 during the campaign to save the Headwaters ancient redwood forest in Humboldt County, it defends the state's woodland ecosystems and watersheds through year-round education, grassroots organizing, occasional litigation and work in elections, and executive-branch and legislative advocacy. As a 501(c)(4), contributions to it are not deductible because it engages in grassroots lobbying and electoral activity.
