Eastern Long Island Audubon Society

Eastern Long Island Audubon Society is a chapter of the National Audubon Society covering Long Island's south shore from Patchogue to Montauk, including parts of western Riverhead, Brookhaven, Southampton, and East Hampton. It runs monthly field trips and bird walks, such as shorebird outings at county parks and coastal sites, open to birders at any skill level. The chapter also holds monthly meetings with public programs on the first Monday of each month, hosts an annual dinner, and publishes a newsletter with birding resources for the region.
