Eagles For Environment

Eagles For Environment is a Plano, Texas nonprofit working to restore the Blackland Prairie, the tall grass prairie ecoregion of Texas of which less than one percent remains. Its work is hands-on and volunteer-driven, with restoration phases completed at sites including the Heard Museum and LLELA covering prairie acreage, soil erosion management, and invasive species removal. Alongside restoration, it runs education and outreach on regional environmental concerns and offers leadership training for people who want to carry the prairie restoration mission forward.
