Delaware Invasive Species Council Inc

The Delaware Invasive Species Council is a non-regulatory body of nearly 100 scientists, botanists, and ecologists drawn from government, academia, and nonprofit organizations. It works to protect Delaware's ecosystems by preventing the introduction of non-native invasive species and reducing their impact. Its objectives include raising public awareness, facilitating exchange of information on control methods, promoting the use of native species, supporting research and management funding, and serving as an advisory panel for stakeholders.
