Current Problems Inc

Current Problems is a Gainesville, Florida nonprofit founded in 1993 whose mission is to restore and protect the wetlands and waterways of Florida for the wellbeing of wildlife and community through watershed cleanups and water quality outreach and education. It organizes and fully equips volunteer debris removal cleanups across North Florida creeks, rivers, ponds, sinkholes, lakes, and coastal systems, handling disposal with a 63 percent recycle and reuse rate. Volunteers have removed more than a million pounds of waste since the group began on the Santa Fe River.
