Conservation Atlas is a US 501(c)(3) that works to support the protection of wildlands and biodiversity by expanding public awareness of conservation efforts around the world. It connects travelers with places and initiatives where sustainable tourism can benefit conservation, publishing photo essays, interviews, and travel journals from destinations in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Fiji, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, and the United States. The organization also produces short documentary films, including one on the Ibera wetlands in Argentina, and advocates for the Nature Needs Half goal of protecting 50 percent of the planet.
