Communities & Creeks United

Communities and Creeks United is a 501(c)(3) formed by residents of Parker and Murphy, Texas to oppose the proposed Restore the Grasslands / Collin County MUD No. 7 development and its associated wastewater treatment plant, which would discharge into Maxwell Creek. It participates in the regulatory proceedings, funds legal representation and expert technical review, and organizes neighbors around the permits. Its stated concern is protecting Maxwell, Dublin, and Cottonwood creeks and the water supply and wildlife that depend on them.
