Coloradoheadwaters Llc

Colorado Headwaters is a Salida, Colorado nonprofit working to protect, restore, and enhance the headwaters ecosystems that supply the state's water, under the banner of protecting water at the source. Its work combines resource restoration, coalition building, and land use planning advocacy, including opposition to proposed new dams and reservoirs. A current priority is the Homestake Creek wetlands and Holy Cross Wilderness, where it is producing a documentary on threats from water development and climate change.
