Citizens' Climate Education is a nonpartisan grassroots advocacy organization that empowers people from diverse backgrounds to educate key stakeholders, policymakers, and the general public about effective solutions to climate change. It works alongside its sister organization, Citizens' Climate Lobby, to build political will for climate policy at the federal and state level, and says it has grown from a single chapter to over 210,000 members spanning every U.S. congressional district. Its stated focus areas include carbon pricing, healthy forests, building electrification and efficiency, and clean energy permitting reform, supported by programs in volunteer mobilization, policy research, youth engagement, and conservative outreach.
