Broad Water Innovations

Broad Water Innovations is a Virginia land trust that acquires, protects, and stewards land and water, then holds those commitments in perpetuity. It serves as a conservation easement holder and long-term steward for wetland, stream, and species mitigation banks, managing stewardship endowments and monitoring protected properties. Its portfolio covers more than 12,000 acres across over 100 conservation easements and 22 stewarded properties, centered in Virginia and extending into other states.
