Bexar Audubon is the National Audubon Society chapter for a 10-county region of South Central Texas, working to conserve habitat for birds, other wildlife, and people through education, research, and advocacy. It runs field outings and bird walks, in-person and online presentations, and bird monitoring projects such as tracking egret rookeries. It also operates a community grant program and an active conservation advocacy program.
